This teacher training offers continuous guidance by integrating you into the Golden Link School’s program, designed to maintain the rhythm of The Self-realization throughout the year.

The 40-day meditation helps you connect with the group and refine your awareness. By practicing a technique for 40 days, you transform the underlying patterns that contribute to mental, physical, or spiritual disharmony, and elevate it to a state of health and happiness.

Homework: Assignments enhance your understanding and application of the techniques taught, promoting practical integration into your daily routine.

Mentorship: Experienced mentors support your journey, offering personalized guidance and feedback, ensuring you navigate challenges and meet your spiritual and educational goals effectively.

In our program, we teach the practice of Sukhmani Sahib, a revered Sikh prayer that emphasizes peace and mental clarity. This meditation is vital for overcoming mental disturbances and aligning with the divine, facilitating profound spiritual healing and tranquilly. Through recitation, students deepen their spiritual journey, achieving total mental balance.

Mentorship

Receive intensive support and guidance throughout each module. This will be provided on a personal level as well as with your assigned mentor group. Also, the preparation and guidance with homework will continuously be provided. 

This is more than a teacher training, it is a “Sangat”  a community that you will have for ever.

Amar Dev

Amar Dev has been studying kundalini yoga since the age of 5 and had been in training with Guru Dev Singh to learn profoundly about the healing methods and teachings of Satnam Rasayan. Now he is running his own tech company.

Irina Bas

Kundalini Yoga Teacher, Sat Nam Rasayan Healer. Practices Kundalini Yoga since 2012. In 2018 completed KRI International Teacher Training Level 1. Teaches Philosophy. Education: MBA Mod'art Paris, 2012

Yes, you will receive translated kriyas that have been adapted for specific needs, including those of patients. This resource is available to all students as part of their learning materials.

While English proficiency is essential for effective communication, especially with international teachers and peers, we strive to support all students’ learning journeys with translation and mentors who speak your language.

You will have access to personal mentors and a supportive community. Additionally, we offer regular Q&A sessions and one-on-one support to address any questions or challenges you may encounter.

We provide a comprehensive list of required and recommended readings and materials. Most of these resources are included in your tuition.

A Golden Link School mentor is someone who has the expertise to guide you throughout each module with homework and group guidance. 

Once registered, we will personally assign you your group, which has an assigned mentor. Please do not contact them prior to the course.
Each module will provide you with tailored homework designed to deepen your practice and enhance your understanding of the lessons explored in class.
Graduates receive ongoing support through our community, including continued access to resources, workshops, and networking opportunities. We also offer advanced training options for those interested in deepening their practice further.
